Chief Investment Officer

Tyler Brand is a current Ph.D. student at the University of Utah. His dissertation research is on spatial optimization problems and A.I. in logistics and supply chains. He founded eCOindustrial properties, a real estate private equity company that focuses on the development of industrial real estate throughout the mountain west region. Mr. Brand is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing eCOindustrial’s investment opportunities.

Before entering commercial real estate, Tyler Brand worked at Morgan Stanley and Fifth Third Private Bank. There he provided comprehensive wealth and portfolio management solutions. Mr. Brand was a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and held FINRA Series 7, 31, 63, & 65 licenses.

Tyler graduated in 2010 from Hillsdale College with a BBA in Finance. There he was a NCAA D-II basketball player and team captain. Obtained a Master's in Real Estate Development from University of Indianapolis in 2020 and completed his graduate thesis on ‘Speculative Industrial Warehouse Development.’
